When God deems our uprightness by our faith, it means that, we as a broken people depend on Gods power for our lives to be made whole. We do this by Faith. Imagine God telling you to put down a vision of your life this year in his will on a board and then having faith that IT WILL happen. Yes it will happen because of faith in Jesus. In the book of Habakkuk 2, God brings out all the skeletons in the closet about the need for inward and outward sin to be dealt with. God wants repentance first (John the Baptist baptism) and then a life in Jesus where you walk in Spirit and in Truth. ( esus is the way, the life and the truth) That fake lifestyle will have repercussions. The hour is here when we must live by the Spirit of God and truth. That is John 4:24.
And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith. —Habakkuk 2 :2–4
